Sramek Manufacturing Process
Every Sramek Bike is born from the riders input, Jason Sramek's knowledge of frame geometry, and a CAD/CAM sytem.
From there, all the non-tubing parts are CNC machined in one of our new machines to .001 Tolerance.
The finest, custom selected 3-2.5 Titanium is then mitered on manual milling machines.
The rear triangle tubes are all cold formed on a precision NC tube bending machine to .25 degrees.
The frame is then installed in a precision welding fixture. TIG welding with Argon is used to provide exceptional welds.
Trick features include CNC machined bottom bracket post weld to ensure absolute perfection.
